Be mindful of your mental health

Get back to being you

Think of a dozen people you know. On average, at least two of them are living with a diagnosed mental health condition, such as depression or anxiety.* These conditions are not personal faults: They are disorders that can affect how people think, feel and act.
Don’t ignore depression

Depression affects more than 15 million American adults.* There are no blood tests or X-rays to diagnose it. And, people with depression may be less willing to see a doctor. Yet depression is a highly treatable condition.

Depression treatment

Diabetes, skin infections, stroke – these all need treatment. So does depression. It doesn’t just get better on its own. And like other health conditions, it can get worse over time. Finding the right treatment could take a little time – but it’s worth it.
